At Too Much, we strive to provide high-quality cosmetics products. This Refunds and Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested and outlines the process for handling such requests.
By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
1.1 Returns and refunds are only permitted in the case of factory defects or damage during shipment.
1.2 Cosmetic products that are used, partially used, or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for returns or refunds.
1.3 All requests for returns must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.4 Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of cosmetic products and health/hygiene regulations, items are not eligible for return if the protective seal is broken, the product has been swatched, or the packaging is damaged by the consumer.

Videos recorded after the package has already been opened or tampered with will not be accepted.

6.2 Not Classified as a Defect: An allergic reaction, skin irritation, or personal sensitivity to a product is a subjective physiological response and does not constitute a factory defect or a "not as described" claim. >
6.3 Non-Refundable Status: For health and hygiene reasons, once a cosmetic product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded due to an allergic reaction or skin sensitivity. Too Much shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the use of our products.
6.4 Medical Consultation: If you have a known history of skin allergies or sensitivities, please consult with a dermatologist before using any new cosmetic product. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

While we aim for 100% accuracy, the actual color/shade of the product may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings. Such variations do not constitute a "factory defect."
